Hustle to Heal Embodied Psychotherapy
Hi, I am Arleney Jane (She/Her)
MA, MA Counselling Psychology,
Registered Social Worker & Psychotherapist
Somatic Experiencing Practitioner | EMDR certified therapist
I am so happy you found your way here!
I hope that it feels like a place you can exhale.
My work as a therapist is centered around creating a space where you can be exactly who you are. I am deeply committed to understanding your unique story and meeting you in it, while honouring the internal wisdom that your body has been carrying.
Together, we create a space that feels safe enough to slow things down - allowing you to gently sit with what’s difficult and begin to process and integrate it in a way that feels supportive, embodied and real.
I am a trauma-informed Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist. My approach is real, raw and authentic, grounded in over 20 years of experience in advocacy, harm reduction and mental health.
I work with diverse populations with a focus on sex workers, individuals with a history of houselessness, people who use drugs, and those who have been impacted by the prison system and the people who love them.
My work as a psychotherapist is informed not only by my academic and professional accreditations, but also deeply inspired by my lived understanding and experiences within systems that exclude, silence, and oppress.

My Approach to Psychotherapy
I am deeply committed and passionate about understanding and learning your unique story while supporting you in stepping into your own power and resilience. It is my priority to create a safe, nurturing and empowering environment where you can sit with, identify and process the difficult and painful things you are experiencing while reclaiming your strengths.
I offer an embodied, person - centered approach, promoting self-determination and autonomy rooted in anti-oppression, anti- racism, pro-sex work and decolonization. I draw from transformative modalities I have trained extensively in including Somatic Experiencing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, while combining parts work and mindfulness.
