Hustle to Heal
Embodied Psychotherapy
Somatic Experiencing & EMDR Trauma Therapy
Healing begins through connection, when the body feels safe enough to stay.
My Approach to Psychotherapy
My approach to psychotherapy is grounded, intentional, and tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
I am deeply committed to understanding your story and meeting you where you are, while supporting you in reconnecting with your own capacity, agency, and liberation. My priority is to create a space that feels safe enough to slow things down—allowing us to gently explore and process the experiences, patterns, and survival strategies that may be impacting your life and relationships.
My work is embodied, person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in an understanding of the nervous system. I recognize that trauma is not only held cognitively, but also physiologically and relationally. Together, we work to build awareness, increase capacity, and support greater integration between the mind, body, emotional experience while strengthening your connection to your own internal wisdom.
I tailor therapy to each individual through an integrative and collaborative approach that centers autonomy, self-determination, and meaningful change. My work is grounded in anti-oppressive and decolonizing frameworks, while remaining attentive to the broader systems and lived experiences that shape emotional wellbeing.
I draw from modalities I have trained extensively in, including Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), while integrating parts work, mindfulness-based practices, attachment-focused approaches, and nervous system regulation into the therapeutic process.
This work is not about pushing through—it’s about slowing down enough to listen to what your body, nervous system, and experiences have been holding.

"I believe in order to understand the complexities of mental health and wellness, we need to look at society as a whole: at everything from government policy to economic structures, to the complex and intersecting systems of oppression that create and further inequality."
